Jacob, Luke and Mike worked tirelessly to replace my leaking roof. They tried repairing the leaks but the leaks outnumbered them. Called them about wood repair to a dormer on my roof, and he came out. Climbed on my roof, and proceeded to ignore the dormer and look over the entire roof, telling me that I needed a new roof. The roof looked perfectly fine and he asked what insurance company I had. He then told me that my insurance company was "cheap" and would not pay for a new roof with the shape that it was in. Told me that he would get back to me with a quote for the dormer repair. Never called, so I left a message on his company phone, and he NEVEr retturned my call. Found out later, that he had scuffed up my shingles to make it look like I really needed a new roof. Kobi is a con man supreme!

I recently had my roof and gutters replaced by ARP. They were easy to work with and made the insurance claim process a breeze. Due to changes in the building code I needed my gutters replaced. ARP worked with my insurance company and had a third party contractor complete the job. They were also excellent.
