Farley-Hysaw did a great job installing two new AC units for me today. They were on time and did my installs in about five hours. What I liked most about Farley and Hysaw is that even on a super busy day if you call during regular business hours they make every effort to come that same day and if they show up after 5 pm you don't get billed after hours fees because you placed your request during regular business hours - they were just that busy that day with so many calls that it took them until after 5 pm to get to you. Most companies would call you back to reschedule. This says to me that they go above and beyond for their customers. The technicians also have the ability to take payments on the spot. They show you the invoice, email it to you, and email the receipt. It is nice to know things are taken care of immediately and that i don't have to wait around for a bill in the mail with a surprise amount. Services: HVAC system repair, Install thermostat
