Just when I thought there were no reliable, honest, and, might I add, caring companies out there, here comes Shane with Premier Roofing! I searched and searched for someone to repair our roof. At some point in my search, I called Premier. Within that time, I received several quotes and decided to go with the first reasonable price. Well, with a Quote accepted, and a repair date set, here comes this well-mannered guy pulling up in his truck, and before it could stop rolling, his excitement and smile greeted me on my lawn. Listen Folks!!! Let’s just say Shane was sent from Heaven! I knew from that moment he was the guy for the job! Once he left, I immediately called and canceled our previously scheduled appointment. I used them to replace the roof on my house. Very professional and polite. They communicated back and forth with me and made dealing with the insurance company a very easy process. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and completed the new roof in a very timely manner. Not to mention, it looks great and completely changed the look of my home. Shane and his guys are 100% professional! They are on-time and performed the work to perfection. We sustained some roof damage from one these typical Alabama storms and Premiere Roofing worked with our insurance agency and ended up replacing the entire roof. Shane and his crew stripped the old roof off down to the decking and replaced several bad and/or questionable areas, then installed the new GAF Timberline roofing product. During this process, Shane identified 3 major areas of concern and utilized the commercial grade membrane to ensure a 100% leak proof installation. We have a difficult roof so it took the crew two days to complete. Upon completing work on the first day, the crew made sure to clean up the mess that was made and to store away tools. They also took the time to cover up and/or remove items that they thought could possibly receive damage during construction. After completing the roof on the second day, the crew meticulously cleaned up the yard, shrubbery, everything.
