Mr. Luke came out to check out our unit, he was a nice guy , up-front with me & explained the situation. He got right on the problem, was quick in getting us back up & cooling. Cleaned up after his work. I'm glad that we made the right call. Happy with overall services, we will use Allen's again, Thanks Mr. Luke .. also.. ???? The techs that came out to the house were professional and through. They took the time to check the system out and let us know exactly what was going on and what to expect. The office staff was very friendly, helpful and quick to reply with messages and/or calls. This company goes above and beyond to get the ac running as quick as they can without over charging. We will be using them again and recommending them to everyone It won't let me pick but they fixed our air conditioning unit
Their technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough with their testing. They have integrity and will not try to upsell because their tech’s focus on competency and not sales. Bottom line is they are smart, reasonable, and trustworthy. That’s why you see all 5 stars.
