Nathan came to our home when our a/c unit stopped cooling our home down last summer, 2020. He replaced the coil in the unit and it worked really well for the remainder of the summer. This summer, 2021, we noticed that the a/c wasn’t keeping our house cool and we would set the thermostat for 70 but by 4:00 pm it would be 76 inside the house. We did try to call Nathan a few times but didn’t hear back from him so we called another company who came out and said we needed a new coil. I had previously wrote a negative review thinking we had been sold a defective coil by Nathan from what the other a/c company (Prime)told me. Nathan saw the review and got in touch with us immediately. He came out the following day and apologized for not getting our messages and getting back with us. My husband went into the attic with him after he went upstairs and couldn’t find any issues.
