Excellent company! Responded fast to my request for roof inspection after large hail storm. Project manager (Les) sets the bar for customer service. He always kept me informed about scheduling, replied fast to texts/calls, regularly inspected jobsite work, and respected me (female) as I made decisions about roof/gutter replacement. In addition, he communicated well with the insurance claims staff so that they paid their full portion. The crew that did the work hustled all day, every day, until the work was done - no wasted time. I had 3 roof vents added and it made a big improvement to attic air flow -- new vents were spaced well so that they are visually well-balanced. Crew was good about managing debris throughout the job and final clean-up was thorough. There was a heavy rain shortly after completion, so I had a chance to check the new gutters -- they worked great and certain problem areas that the old gutters had were eliminated. I highly recommend FES Roofing and will use them
