JOB WELL DONE... Our roof was heavily damaged in the Feb., 2023 hailstorm. We met with our Project Manager (Eric) who filed the claim directly with our insurance's corporate claims department while we stood nearby. Eric also was willing to meet with the insurance adjustor to take pictures of the damage required for the claim's approval while we were out of town. As a result of his efforts, we were approved for a complete roof replacement! The roof was a challenging project; 12/12 pitch with lots of gables. The Landmark roofing crew handled it with ease and produced a quality product for us. They worked tirelessly and without distractions. A lot of homes received roof damage in Bella Vista on Sunday morning, 5-9-2021 and ours was one of them. I contacted Elan along with two other roofing contractors to take a look at our roof. Elan showed up the day I contacted him and found we definitely had significant damage and a second contractor confirmed we had damage. I then called my insurance claims department at Auto-Owners Insurance and the claims adjuster did his assessment on Monday, the 15th. His assessment verified the roof damage was covered and provided me the OK to proceed to work with a contractor for repairs. I decided to work with Elan and Landmark Roofing because they could obtain the shingles I wanted and they promised to get the job done soon. Well, soon came quickly and we had a new roof on Sunday, 5-23-2021! We still need to replace the gutters, downspouts and leaf screens but they are scheduled next Tuesday.
