Michael was incredibly flexible with the turnaround time for me asking for an inspection. They were ready to go within two days on a busy holiday week. They were exactly what I wanted from a home inspection company to pick out all the little discussion items, to issues to turn into our builder to have fixed. The great thing is the items are documented in a report with pictures to help walkthrough with whoever you are buying or building with. Great local company that I will surely be supporting in the future!
Mike was amazing to work with! He responded right away with any questions, his report was thorough, detailed and included tons of images for my reference. From the time of my inquiry to the report was maybe 4-5 days. He was quick to communicate with my real estate agent and get to the house to start his inspection. Extremely thankful for him!
