Razor Rooters Plumbing

The City of Fayetteville stopped by yesterday and informed me I had a leak and my usage had jumped from 14,000 gallons a month to 43,000. I called a friend and asked him who he used and he said call Razor Rooter and you will not be disappointed. I called them and within 24 hours of my initial call by problem was fixed. The guys that came out were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and were done in less than 45 minutes at a price I felt was more than fair. I couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to recommend Jon and bunch for any of your plumbing needs.

Fixed bid in writing of $2500 included repairing the exterior leaking water line (which they repaired 10months earlier), and repairing any damage they may cause to turf, gardens and sprinkler system. Said they would get the job done in 1 day, maybe a day and a half day. It took 4 days. He gave me an invoice for $3000. Turf and gardens were not repaired properly. Sprinkler system did not work (although the plumber said he fixed the pipes and heads that he had damaged and that he tested it). I had to hire professionals to fix what the plumber damaged. This cost me an extra $1500. The boss (Jon) came by at my request, told me they are not landscapers and should have never promised to fix that, and that if he had bid the job it would have been twice the price.
