If I could rate a negative I would. This company is unethical with their services, communication and estimates. The estimates and misinformation they shared was to literally take advantage of customers. The service fee was a joke. They charged me what I told was the problem and then of course they "recommend" to replace the unit because "it is old" It is working fine and can be fixed. I trusted my gut and ended my membership and reached to a local company and they came out can gave a completely difference assessment and they served and FIXED the unit for less than $300. The estimates they provided were in the thousands. PLEASE do not fall victim to their sales pitch or inflated estimates. I highly recommend do your research before trusting them or give in to their advertisements that MAKE you feel you can trust them.
