Discovered this afternoon air conditioner was stopped up, long enough to completely saturate the carpet in a bedroom closed and into living room on opposite side of AC WALL. called DASH they were her within 30 min. Found bad sensor that should have kicked off when water detected but sensor failed. Technician blew out the drain line. Replaced the sensor, installed a water treatment and made me a happy camper. Let me tell you a little bit about my DASH technician, Justin Linsley. I have never met a more professional, kind, responsive, or knowledgeable air conditioner technician. I was without AC for a day before calling DASH. When I called this company, the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and nice. They had my technician out to my house within two hours of calling, and he fixed my air conditioner within 20 minutes. He provided me with a lot of great information about my unit and AC system and told me about their maintenance plan, which I will absolutely be signing up for.
