Do not sign up for the membership. Regardless you are going to be charged for the maintenance even if you cancel in the allowed time. I don’t know if the maintenance they offer within the membership is worth having since finding this out. If you use more than what you pay for and you wish to cancel you will be charged. If you sign up for the years plan you will not be refunded for that either if you plan on cancelling early. The man came and fixed the issue Idid have successfully.

Our technician, Justin, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He explained what was going on and answered all the questions we had. In addition, the price was very reasonable for a weekend call, especially a holiday weekend call. Would highly recommend and will be using DASH again!

Let me tell you a little bit about my DASH technician, Justin Linsley. I have never met a more professional, kind, responsive, or knowledgeable air conditioner technician. I was without AC for a day before calling DASH. When I called this company, the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and nice. They had my technician out to my house within two hours of calling, and he fixed my air conditioner within 20 minutes. He provided me with a lot of great information about my unit and AC system and told me about their maintenance plan, which I will absolutely be signing up for.
