Almost a year after the claim was submitted, Daniel and his team are still helping me to get the maximum value out of both the roof replacement, and the claim finances. This was my first claim experience with Whitney Owens State Farm due to damage to our roof. For starters, Jennifer contacted me immediately to start the claim submitted for roof replacement. Jennifer then suggested that I identify a roofer(s) that could get our roof replaced as soon as possible once the claim was approved. I did not feel comfortable trying to find a reliable and trustworthy roofer on my own, so I asked her if State Farm had a program available for its customers that would offer recommendations of roofers based on their insurance policy standards. She said yes and quickly gave me three choices of roofers, but recommended Rock City Roofing because of their 5-star rating and the fact that she had worked with them on a few occasions and because she was familiar with the quality of their work.
