Advantage Service Company HVAC

We had them come out but they didn't have the part on hand (no biggie, didn't expect that to be the case). 2 days later we were told over the phone that someone was coming and that they had the correct part. No one would show up and we could call asking why. They would say they didn't know. I'm honestly just perplexed. It's fine if you can't come out on time. Just give me a straight answer instead of leaving me hanging for days on end. Will not waste days of my time again.

Seth was our technician today and did an outstanding job! Seth was courteous and professional and I feel confident in his expertise. We have 3 properties (2 rentals and a primary home) and Advantage Service has been our service company for at least 6 years and we've only had great experiences! Bought a new 8 thousand dollar AC unit three weeks ago and it's now broken in this 100 degree weather. It's been almost a week now without air. I hear a part is being ordered but I don't know much else. I keep calling and leaving messages for various people. Some of them call back--some don't. The people seem nice enough but I just don't feel like there's someone there who is taking responsibility for this and providing good customer service and assuring me that it's a priority.
