This is our fourth encounter with American Leak Detection of Arkansas over the last 15 years. WOW, WOW, WOW. Professionalism from start to finish. In ALL four instances, we have been very pleased. From the front desk staff receiving the initial phone call, to the last plumber walking out the door, all businesses should take lessons from their staff. In this situation, we place a call on a Thursday. We were scheduled for a week out. However, as in the previous cases, they called because they had a crew that had finished another job early and were able to get to ours sooner. They were here within the hour. Upon arrival, the two professional plumbers, covered their shoes and entered our home. They diagnosed where the leak and it was located within a short time period. They then proceeded to give me an estimate on the repair. They fixed our issue within an hour, cleaned up their mess, and even placed my daughter's items back under the sink.
