I actually called them the day before and was told I was going to receive a call to be scheduled didn’t get a callback. Calle the next day they didn’t have any info on me but got someone to come same day. He did the service in less than an hr and all together parts were less then. About 50 and th e don’t charge per hr but that still doesn’t add up why the job was almost 600 and they charge you their credit card fee. They are speedy but definitely shop around bc I had rather been charged for the hr than an unknown additional 300.00

Taylor was very professional and kind. Fixed our water leak with ease and even on a Sunday. Taylor was polite and easy to hold a conversation with. Definitely will be using arrow again. Services: Faucet repair, Plumbing leak repair

Kitchen faucet was replaced & bathroom faucet was rebuilt. Arrow service technician (Taylor) was customer oriented, friendly & knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issues and addressed/corrected the problems. Most pleased with Taylor and the quick scheduling of the appointment by Arrow. Not pleased with the cost ($613.00 + cc service fee + cost of new kitchen faucet). Services: Faucet repair, Faucet installation
