They were quick to respond on a Saturday. The gentleman they sent was professional and great at explaining everything. We felt comfortable knowing this installation was going to be done correctly. He had to re do previous work from the original installation of our water heater as it was not up to code. I would highly recommend Arrow plumbing to anyone in the future. I hired these guys out of a time necessity. I needed a sink reattached after a counter top install. I was quoted $1200 by the technician on-site. Obviously shocked at the bill. I saw a simple reconfigure but I was 'explained' to that the work was more in depth. Was told there was about 5 hours worth of work. Well, 5 hours plus parts and labor made sense in my head. Job was finished in 45 minutes. One y-pipe was removed. New trap added, reattached And the faucet was installed. The work was performed well by the technician but the money's worth is not there. Luckily this was a test hire for future projects I know to pass on. By your own trap kit at your local hardware place for $35 and go on YouTube. Service: Faucet installation

Were told it would be $75 an hour to get out here and $75 an hour to diagnose. Plumber gets out here and it’s $494 for a two hour window to diagnose/ find the leak so that’s already scammy. Then after an hour we know what we need but we don’t have a part number? So we declined moving forward with repairs naturally. I asked him to help me (not even just do it!) put back our panel siding used to access under the house and he had the audacity to say he wasn’t getting paid for that? I said we have you paid up until 2 pm. He says that’s “just to find the leak”. Terrible! I will actively advise against using this company to anyone and will likely be calling BBB for good measure.
