Justin showed up when he said he would, had all the necessary tools for the job, and didn’t leave a mess. Two years into a remodel and we’ve learned these traits are not always prevalent in skilled trade work, especially the showing up part. We needed some pipes moved for the vanity in the primary bathroom. Justin came out to give an estimate, and also gave us some suggestions on spacing that we hadn’t considered. Explained what would have to be done for each option, materials needed, how long it would take, etc. Once we decided, he was able to get back out here within a few days and do the job. Obviously we’re not plumbers, but his solders are clean and nothing is leaking! Our faucets were on back order, but he offered to come back out to help us install when they came in.
