P.I. Roofing and Construction

PI Roofing has installed a new roof on this home and the one we owned previously. Everyone I’ve worked with at this company has been honest and reliable - what a relief when there are so many flakes out there. John is my favorite of all! Joe and Joey came to do our yearly roof inspection the other day, and it was painless, as always. When one invests so much to protect one’s home, the yearly maintenance is a must. So, this will be a 2 part post. First, I originally used PI Roofing for my house several years ago with no issue. Agent came out, measured, quoted, and just a few days later I had a new roof. Only issue was there were a lot of nails left behind even after they used their magnet to pick up a lot of them. Not a big issue as most were in flower beds and not where my pets or lawnmower (or cars) could get an injury or a flat. Now for the second part, the most recent. My MIL needed a roof so I decided to use PI Roofing again since I had a decent experience the first time with my house. Agents came out, quoted, but this time I we had to wait due to some family issues being worked out. We were getting some home solutions (chimney repairs, rot, and some decking roofing removed) prior to any new roof being installed. A couple months later, had the funds and we called to proceed. This was about early to mid-March. They showed up a few days later and started removal and home solutions work.

I called PI roofing after a tree limb fell on our roof. It was after hours and the man that answered said he’d get someone to us that night. He was very nice. Cody came out and put a tarp on our roof in the rain. I’m so thankful. We had ceiling damage in a bedroom and it stopped the rain coming in and doing further damage. I highly recommend this company. They were wonderful!
