Arkansas Air Flow

We so appreciate the team at Arkansas Air Flow. Our showroom had struggled for years with HVAC issues. During our renovation they helped design a new duct / HVAC system that has addressed all of our issues. They have been extremely responsive any time we've had a need for service or even just had a question. We would definitely refer them to others and plan to make them our "go to" for anything HVAC related going forward. My A/C went out and I didn't know until I got an email from my nest thermostat while I was at work. When I got home it was 90°inside. I called several places, most were unable to come out same day, or would have to send an after hours tech for a much higher rate. Arkansas Air Flow was able to send someone in less than 4 hours, for less than half the cost of the other service that would be able to come same day. Before they arrived they sent a picture of the technician that would be doing the work so I would know it was the right person when they came to the door, which I really appreciated. He was able to get the problem fixed and the bad part replaced in less than an hour, and came upstairs to take temperature readings on the air coming out to be sure the problem was resolved before he left.
