Central One was awesome! Chad was professional, honest and did exactly what he said he would. The price was fair, and he was upfront about what was included, and there were no hidden fees or pressure to get more than what I needed. They were wonderful. My freezer drawer was leaking. It had ruined a section of my hardwood floors. They came out the next day and took care of the repair. My refrigerator was under warranty. Instead of telling me they didn't do warranty work they just told me it wasnt worth repairing because the cost to repair would be almost as much to purchase a new one. I called the manufacturer and found out it the repair was included under warranty. When I called Central One back they told me they didn't do warranyt work. I feel like good customer service would have been to tell me that my part was probably under warranty but they did not do warranty work. The repairman did tell us that he had seen a lot or refrigerators with the same issue which was what prompted my call to the manufacturer. I would never refer anyone to this company
