I don’t generally review companies but I have to give these guys 5 stars. Not only did they do everything I needed, they did it well and for a very fair price. Additionally, they took the extra time to do it right and make it “pretty”. Even ran into an unforeseen issue, told me about it and told me the solution. After dealing with other contractors I was nervous and asked “does this raise my price”. I was told “no sir, we bid the job and will stick to our price just letting you know we have to do some more work”. Just downright exceptional people from sales to service.

Got to shoutout Nathan. We have a newborn (4 months) and Over the weekend my AC started to pump hot air (85 degrees). We scrambled to calling hotels or get a window unit. I called at 1:50 pm on a Saturday, not expecting a response. Within 20 minutes Nathan called and let me know he would make it to me the same day. He had 5 calls in front of me, but he was going to make it by 5:00 pm, and he was on time. Nathan made sure to do a complete rundown on the problem and explained what might be causing the issues. A heating coil was failing, he turned it off and let me know he would be calling for a replacement over the next week. Just can't tell you how much relief his prompt service and solutions for our family. Thank you Nathan and the Kennedy Air Team!
