Came by to assess our ac, said he would send us an email with a quote and never did. Called the office and asked for an update, person on the phone said she would make sure he got back to me but he never did even then....waited so long for initial appt then never a follow-up in Arkansas heat wave? Not impressed with them whatsoever.

The technician, Nathan showed up as scheduled for the twice yearly contracted inspection. He asked briefly for equipment location and any barriers or precautions. He was thorough and answered questions professionally and personably. There were a few problems found, including some irregular work from previous installations, which he corrected. The outdoor condensers were inspected and cleaned. In all, this was a great experience and I commend and recommend this employee highly!
