I received confirmation texts prior to my scheduled repair service call. Nathan was prompt, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about how to fix my screen door. I loved that he was friendly but not “too” chatty where it took longer than necessary. It was just the right combination of friendly customer service and efficient work. I hated having to pay for something as “easy” as a screen door repair but I couldn’t figure it out and it wasn’t going to fix itself. Glad I made the call and had it repaired, now I can actually use it again going into spring/summer, which is the best time to use a patio screen door. Service: General repairs

Andrew helped with hanging 11 pieces of art during a one hour visit today. He was friendly, very precise, and his work was perfect. I am very satisfied!

I indicated 3 times on the call that my appointment needed to be in the afternoon. I was told it would be a 3:30PM on 06/12 - Then I get both a text and an email indicating it is for 8AM... I am not sure why I would have to explain now 5 times that I need an afternoon appointment. Your reviews are glowing, but it is very apparent that you did not listen to your customer. I place a VERY high value on customer service and I will not PAY to be treated poorly. If I can't trust what I am told then why would I want to use your service?
