I indicated 3 times on the call that my appointment needed to be in the afternoon. I was told it would be a 3:30PM on 06/12 - Then I get both a text and an email indicating it is for 8AM... I am not sure why I would have to explain now 5 times that I need an afternoon appointment. Your reviews are glowing, but it is very apparent that you did not listen to your customer. I place a VERY high value on customer service and I will not PAY to be treated poorly. If I can't trust what I am told then why would I want to use your service?

Andrew helped with hanging 11 pieces of art during a one hour visit today. He was friendly, very precise, and his work was perfect. I am very satisfied!

Andrew, was thorough and attentive to details. He completed the list of jobs we discussed. His attitude was always patient and cheerful when answering questions. We ask to have him come back when we had a question that he would have to see in order to answer. Again he reassured us, plus saying there is a warranty so that is what they are here for, with a cheerful attitude. (I might add that one of the things he did was replace some bricks under a back porch post. We were unable to find matching brick, so he removed the lower brick and put in the new ones then place the one he had removed at top so it all matched.) Very thoughtful and creative I thought. When we have other handyman jobs we will call Ace and ask for Andrew. Service: General construction
