Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning

My air conditioning quit working on a day that was expected to reach almost 100. Jacob did a great job. He called giving me an estimate of when he would arrive. When he got here he inspected my air unit. Explained and showed me the site of the problem. Looked up my prior work and bill. Gave me a quote on the proposed bill and went about fixing it. Felix was delightful. He was very professional, takes his work very seriously and informed me how it was going. He noticed one issue but said it wasn’t critical at this moment and said if it makes it through the summer it can wait until next summer. I appreciated him letting me know about it.
