Our AC stopped working as most of them do, at the worst possible time. Franklin Heating & Air was my first call first thing Monday morning. They were quick to answer and fit me into their already busy schedule for the day. Tyler was the tech and he was on time and had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 15 minutes and for less than $175. I highly recommend them if you are in need of great HVAC services.
Wonderful business, they solved my problem promptly and got my AC running again, then checked my freon levels to make sure even they were good to go, will be using them again if and when they're needed! Their technician was friendly, attentive and professional 10/10 Service: HVAC system repair
Wonderful experience with this company. Stefen from Franklin was so kind, thorough and informative! He explained every step he took in servicing our AC unit and also reminded me of the importance of servicing the furnace before winter. He was very respectful of our home and forgiving of our dog who isn't the most welcoming. Grateful for the kindness and professionalism!
