The manager at the Springdale location has made me. Take my business elsewhere. I will not buy anything from linux after the way i've been treated by the manager. No need for that!
The store will not answer their phone and when you call back they put you on hold or send you to store hours at 3:15
Worst customer service ever! The gentleman that answered the phone was rude from the start. If I am calling to get some information about a product is obviously because I am not a certified HVAC technician that knows all about HVAC units. Very disappointed.
