Mister Sparky Electrician NWA

This job wasn't an emergency, but needed to be done quickly. Braden was there in a little over two hours from the time I first called Mr. Sparky. He explained what the repair process would entail, then started with a thorough inspection of the house's electrical system. Then on to the repair. This wasn't a simple one. Braden was dogged though. He was up and down and in and out over and over. He finally found the problem and took care of it. The lights are back on. He was very friendly yet very professional. And for the amount of work he did, the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Mr. Sparky for any electrical repairs. The company did a great job keeping me informed of the timeline and was very professional. I also have to take a moment to appreciate the electrician that came out, Zeke. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and explained everything. The biggest thing for me was that Zeke was also kind enough to include my son (8) and make sure that he understood what was going on. My son has ADHD and can be a lot for many people to handle. I really appreciate the extra steps that Zeke took to include and share his knowledge. Definitely recommend this company, especially Zeke.
