They took care of my issue promptly and efficiently, definitely a 5 star company!
These guys showed up, poked around, ran water, didn't really do anything, but decided we would have to schedule an appointment if we wanted bigger pipes in this old house. 3 months later this $86 bill shows up like they provided a service.
Its never fun to have plumbing problems. But these people made it a much easier experience. Carolyn was so friendly and helpful over the phone, told me she could have someone there within the next forty five minutes to an hour. David called on his way and was there in 25 minutes after I called. He was super friendly, quick and had several tips to keep the problem from happening again. It's so nice to find someone these days to not only does as promised but actually over delivers! North Star Plumbing is who I'll always recommend to my family and friends from now on!
