Richardson Roofing

Had a full tear off and re-roof done by Richardson about 2 years ago. A few weeks ago during a heavy rain, I noticed that the roof was leaking in one particular spot. When I climbed up on the roof, it was obvious that the leak was coming from where our two rooflines met. There was nothing to stop the rain from coming in - I could literally fit my hand into the gap. I felt like this should have been caught when the roof was installed in the first place. Richardson would not fix the issue for free, despite it having been leaking SINCE THE ROOF WAS NEW. Overall I thought they did a good job, but I have rotten sheathing in this spot because it's been leaking for two years, and Richardson wouldn't stand behind their work. For that reason alone, I won't ever recommend them to any friends or family members. I guess if you do get a new roof through Richardson, try to catch any potential leaks immediately, because if you don't, they won't help you, even if it has been leaking since the roof w

Had some wind damage to the shingles on my roof. Called Richardson roofing. Fast service and very reasonable prices. Friendly and expert workmanship. Will use them again. Thank you!!

Do not use this company as they will not stand behind their work. I am not a competitor leaving a bad review but am an actual customer wanting to warn others. We are having to have another roofing company repair the work that Richardson's did originally and it is very costly. Service: Roof installation
