I had a lengthy review but editing now. Long story short I had a toilet unclogged last year. I paid the plumber in cash. Some months later had a text from my old roommate saying I received an invoice for that work. Called the office and the lady who answered the phone said it wasn’t paid. Then accused me of lying. Then when my parents called accused me once again of pretty much being a thief. Now I get that I’m probably a rare circumstance of someone actually paying but during this process no one checked to see if I had. Turned out they apparently have two systems for payment and one didn’t update to the other. Steven called and gave me a personal apology and I do appreciate that. The whole situation could’ve easily been avoided if they had just checked though. I’m giving 3 stars from the work alone. It was completed and quickly. I hired Trade Pro for a residential job to cap off an irrigation backflow assembly and replace an exterior faucet. Ty and Justin did an excellent job. Their talent, knowledge and professionalism was on full display; they care about the work they perform. This is the first time I have hired Trade Pro and I have now found an excellent company that cares about the work they do. Kudos as well to the front office staff - very friendly and responsive. I will hire them for any future needs that we have.
