Golden Rule is the only Plumber I will deal with. Fair and HONEST. I have dealt with Mike twice and every time is a delight. I am never worried of them gouging me or ripping me off. They even tell me hints and tricks I can do on my own to save me money. I would highly recommend this great business. Thank You!

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. They cancelled installation of our water heater for about three months and when they did install it, they installed it incorrectly. The condensate drain was just left to drain onto the floor. I was in contact with them for a month about the drain, but I eventually had to use the instruction manual to install the drain myself because, one again, they were completely unreliable. They didn't care enough to keep in contact with us for business, they didn't care enough to ensure the work was done correctly, and they didn't care enough to come and fix their mistake. Below is every time they confirmed our appointments and I have included pictures of the drain they left unfinished. I used them because they came recommended by a coworker, but I will not be recommending them to anyone else. This is not the first time we used Golden Rule Plumbing LLC. From the moment of contact they were very helpful. I had a pipe under my house burst. They were here to fix my problem in a short time. They got it figured out and fixed faster than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised at how low the bill I was. I was expecting it to be more. They were all professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I definitely got great value for my money. I will always use Golden Rule Plumbing and I always refer them to anyone needing a plumber.
