I had them install a water softener and carbon filter. They didn't program it correctly so it went off every night that weekend. They did come back and reprogrammed correctly, so I thought. They will put thier $250 service fee on your quote so beware. They will come to your house and look at all your plumbing. Quote a very large fee to change out turn off valves. No thanks, handyman did it for a fraction of the cost. But while guy was here we discussed the French drain for the water treatment system. Wow, they cut corners big time. They had to come and redo the whole thing correctly. They'll also send a bunch of guys at the end of the job , really to make it look like they are all doing something important. They aren't. A year later come to find out the carbon filter was programmed incorrectly. They just told today. They are done trying to fix it. They had discussed changing out the computer board. Guess I'm on my own...lol. Don't waste your time with this business

Had Desert Foothills Plumbing come out for a toilet leak from second floor into dining room. Emilio was professional and polite (no complaints). They immediately tried to sell me on a restoration services, probably affiliated with them in some way, before we even knew the problem. They found the problem, the toilet not properly seated on the wax ring and had been leaking into the subfloor for some time. They left the toilet off when finished. I then asked them to come back and replace the toilet (for home warranty purposes) and they wanted to charge $250, which I didn't know until they arrived. So I paid my $89 service fee and sent them away. Won't be using them to complete the job through my home insurance.

Ruben Was fantastic! Came and assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done, provided me with a reasonable estimate and fixed the problem. Very polite, caring and efficient.
