Most roofing companies refuse to service Casa Grande because of the "distance" from the Phoenix metropolitan area. Charles was willing to travel to Casa Grande and provide a reasonable estimate for the work needed to be done. The following day he had a crew of guys at my residence getting the job done. Needed a roof repair after a bad storm. Called several roofers and Charles from Desert Roofing was first to show up.
