I do not know how this company has such good reviews. First off they never show up on time, the first time we called them the tech didn’t show up until midnight and was here till 3am. It was absolutely ridiculous. We had a new tub and shower installed after a bad leak and they did the worst job. They didn’t check their work and of course there was another leak. Now after a few months the new shower and tub looks absolutely awful because of the poor work they did. We called them out to fix it, but getting them to show up on time is absolutely impossible. We used this company for our shower plumbing and also to replace our very old water heater. We had Chris come out both times and he was extremely friendly and helpful and kind. He took the time to get to know us as well as educate us on what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what to expect in the future. In the past, I’ve had poor experiences with plumbing companies but I can honestly say I trust Kitchen and Bath plumbing for all future work.
