Type of client relationship: Several years ago, our HOA hired Payne Roofing to repair and maintain all of our condo roofing at a 12-unit complex in Scottsdale. They gradually cycled through to re-do all our roofs. So, while not a huge client, we are not small either. Contact experience: From my personal experience over the last 2 years, my contact there was highly responsive, easy to reach, and had good records with corporate memory as to prior work done. When I recently needed to contact Payne, I learned that this contact had left, but the new contact, Chris, also turned out to be super responsive. At first, I had a difficult time reaching the office, but Chris not only made arrangements to inspect the damaged roof and take a close look at all of the roofs, but also followed up with repairs, office admin, and related issues. He took care of everything, and also agreed to keep an eye on the roof when he’s in the area, to be able to advise the HOA when there is damage or wear that

We had our entire roof replaced in 2021. Payne was accommodating, professional, and on time. We had a few quotes and Payne had the most options and by far the best presentation when the estimator came out to our house. The workers were there everyday with no problems.
