We had our housed reshingled with Payne roofing during the first week of February of 2020. The job was done with perfection. It was completed and on the time they told us it would be. The employees of Payne Roofing were awesome to deal with, Jake came out and gave us an estimate which was on budget and the job was completed almost three weeks earlier than we were originally quoted. Geoff was here checking on the guys to ensure everything was done to perfection. He even through in upgraded ridge caps which we love. Great job guys. Type of client relationship: Several years ago, our HOA hired Payne Roofing to repair and maintain all of our condo roofing at a 12-unit complex in Scottsdale. They gradually cycled through to re-do all our roofs. So, while not a huge client, we are not small either. Contact experience: From my personal experience over the last 2 years, my contact there was highly responsive, easy to reach, and had good records with corporate memory as to prior work done. When I recently needed to contact Payne, I learned that this contact had left, but the new contact, Chris, also turned out to be super responsive. At first, I had a difficult time reaching the office, but Chris not only made arrangements to inspect the damaged roof and take a close look at all of the roofs, but also followed up with repairs, office admin, and related issues.
