Had my entire AC unit replaced. The techs were great, no problems! The unit however, won't cool below 77 degrees and it took 4 hours of continuous running to get there. For reference my home is 1200 sq ft. I called the office and spoke with a surly man that told me AC units won't cool below 77 AND, they will only cool 20 degrees lower than the outside temp. I'm not sure where he's getting this info as we all know this isn't true. I told him it's unacceptable and I didn't just spend $10,000 for a unit that doesn't work properly. He said a Mgr would call me right back. It is now almost 7:30 pm on a Friday and of course no call back. And I don't expect I'll hear from anyone over the weekend. If I get a resolution I will update my review. I am hoping for the best. UPDATE...... I received a call on Monday from the office to schedule a tech to check the unit. Great company, they were able to come out same day to inspect/diagnose system. Explained everything very well and was able to set up and perform repairs very fast.
