Superior Heating and Air Conditioning

Just got the AC replaced through croffoot. Because of the current inventory issues, I had to wait a couple of months before the AC could be replaced. And Kirk kept my old AC running when it saw a few issues over the last couple of months - great service and I would definitely recommend them.

We had a very pleasant experience with Superior. They were the best priced and very honest as far the top three estimates we got. We went with them, and we're glad we did. They replaced the whole AC system in half a day in a professional manner. I am happy they are continuing the Croffoot way of doing business.

Update: had my AC go out and we all know all too well it can be a panic situation in the summer. Superior (formerly Croffoot) was my go too. Amazing customer service, quick call back and from my call to arrival was about four hours. Randy was my tech and was amazing, helpful and very determined. The biggest 'win' for me is that it's not just fixing the problem it's also figuring what caused it. Fair pricing for service and maintenance and also giving me all kinds of options for the full system replacement that is coming down the road.
