Working with Superior Heating and Air Conditioning has been a wonderful experience. The office staff, Holly and Katelyn, are so pleasant to work with. They kept us informed regarding a needed replacement part that was on back order. Their technicians were all very knowledgeable and equally pleasant as they kept our unit running smoothly during this extreme heat wave. Holly called immediately when the needed part was received and their technician, Randy, was here the next morning to install the part. I highly recommend Superior Heating and Air Conditioning. This is my first time using Superior Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. The man that came out to my house (Tristan) was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He answered my questions well, and was very pleasant to work with. He explained what my unit needed and quickly fixed it. The office ladies were also very nice to work with.
