Superior Heating and Air Conditioning

Update: had my AC go out and we all know all too well it can be a panic situation in the summer. Superior (formerly Croffoot) was my go too. Amazing customer service, quick call back and from my call to arrival was about four hours. Randy was my tech and was amazing, helpful and very determined. The biggest 'win' for me is that it's not just fixing the problem it's also figuring what caused it. Fair pricing for service and maintenance and also giving me all kinds of options for the full system replacement that is coming down the road. They have systems for all size houses, budgets, and time frames. ================= 2021: I have used Croffoot for all my HVAC repair and will recommend them every time I can. They do amazing work, take their time to make sure it's done right, and always show up when they say. That right there is 5 stars...but there is more. They are honest and actually will not over charge. A few times I was presented with worst case scenario only to find out it was not

We had a very pleasant experience with Superior. They were the best priced and very honest as far the top three estimates we got. We went with them, and we're glad we did. They replaced the whole AC system in half a day in a professional manner. I am happy they are continuing the Croffoot way of doing business.

New name but same great service! I had my two older AC units serviced (annual tune-up) and everything was great! The technician arrived during the provided window and was super friendly. He checked everything out, was very honest, and did not try to "upsell" me at all. It's a relief to know that my units look good and are set for the summer. Overall, excellent and friendly service! I highly recommend them!
