This company was assigned by my Home Warranty Company. They had us scheduled and were out within 24 hours. The gentleman who works for them was on time and professional. Found the issue and got it squared away quickly. I would have 0 issues recommending or using them again. Service: Plumbing leak detection

I TOO have canceled my work order appointment with these people after I was treated terrrrrribly on the phone. They are not professional and have a very rude receptionist. I guess what do you expect when you are "just a receptionist!" After she was rude about helping me out on an ETA or what procedures they put into place once a workorder is in place....She refused to answer me in a professional way and then.....hung up on me. Anyone who conducts business like this....IS definitely on a huge HUGE business PREVENTION program. If I were you I would go with a different reliable and more professional company for your home.

We were referred to Coyote from our home warranty company for a bad water heater. They showed up early the next day. Kerry was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He resolved our issue quickly and handed it off to the home warranty to get the unit replaced. Keep up the good work.
