We hired Efficiency Mechanical last summer to install two new package units. We had received five other quotations and they were, by far, the most comprehensive and thorough in their outline of services. The installation went without a glitch and they were very professional and pleasant to work with. Over this past year, we called them during the winter to explain the heating system and just recently to to educate us in controlling the Nest thermostats. I used someone else to install my ac, I paid a premium for a trane ac and a service contract. 10 years is what they sold me but after 1-1/2 years there was an issue and they would not even take my call.
