Although I didn't end up using this company (their techs were assigned elsewhere), I was referred to another good company. I must mention Jojo as one heck of a customer-service expert. She was pleasant, caring, professional and also has a great name. As someone who hasn't slept since two nights ago due to hot temps inside the house, it was an absolute pleasure having had the chance to speak with her, while being referred to another place so the issue can be addressed too. Our unit stopped generating heat last night. This morning when I called the office for an appt, I was thrilled to hear that someone would be here today!! Ray came and explained "patiently" what the problem was and was very upfront in letting me know how much the invoice would likely be. Luckily, he found that we are still under warranty and that would eliminate some of the charges. I used someone else to install my ac, I paid a premium for a trane ac and a service contract. 10 years is what they sold me but after 1-1/2 years there was an issue and they would not even take my call. Efficiency mechanical took my call and worked with me to resolve the issue. I will not call another company ever again.
