I can't say enough about the service technician Chris Brock with Heath's Air. Chris is very professional. He can diagnose a situation, communicate about the issue and then fix it. He does all this in a positive outlook even though it's 115 degrees outside. Heath's Air is my go-to company and I highly recommend them.
I placed a service call for an nearly 19 year old unit that had some noise issues. I was concerned about it making it through the summer. Stephen arrived on time and was very professional and honest on what he found. The recommendation wasn't to replace ASP. The unit has some issues with age, but overall in good shape. He didn't try to oversell unnecessary services or parts, just a honest assessment. When the time comes to replace, I will definitely give them a call for an opportunity for my business.
