Bill exceeded our expectations. He was on the roof a very long time time in the heat and did a thorough job inspecting and repairing our roof. We really appreciated the effort. Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Put in a quote request and they gave me a call less than a minute after I submitted it. I originally scheduled the reservation for 3:00 pm and they said there was a foreman in the neighborhood and could be there in half an hour. Bill showed up, I told him the repair I needed (two corner tiles put back up) and he had his crew working on it in no time. They secured all the other corner tiles, found a better matching tile than the one I had, and put the tiles back in place. The price was more than fair. I will be contacting JWF roofing in the near future for a whole roof replacement. Can't wait to do business with them again. Thank you again Bill!! (Ladder picture is before, other picture is after.)
Wonderful experience with JWF, especially with Jim. They finished repairing roofs in my two properties, one in Gilbert and one in Phoenix, on time, with good quality, and reasonable prices although not the lowest quoted price I could get.
