I have been using Josh and his team for several years now. I recently purchased a new house and had lots of issues with the old units. I continue to rely on them to maintain and replace my units when needed. They pay attention to the details. The install on a new unit last year was very, very clean. Update #1: filing a complaint with ROC and BBB. Update #2: Josh did not respond to the BBB either (maybe he blocked their number too), thus bringing down his BBB score. The ROC is looking further into the matter as the statute states they can only help if a modification hasn’t been made (ie hire another company). Obviously, I had no choice but to hire another company because it’s the summer in AZ and Josh blocks customers he doesn’t want to deal with (see other reviews) rather than rectifying said issue. I had been a loyal customer of this company for about 2 years (I just moved here) and had recommended this business to many (to my friends and I run a very large local FB group). Recently, I had my spring service and upon using my AC for the first time of the season a couple of weeks after my bi-annual maintenance, my AC was not working.
