Our house was not cooling down the way it should for weeks. Temperatures were reaching a high of 87 degrees inside our house with our A/C unit set to 75. We had another company come out to service the unit. They told us our unit was fine and this was normal due to the triple digit temperatures we have been experiencing in AZ. We called Thor for a second opinion as he came highly recommended by many of our neighbors. He came out 2 hours later on a Saturday morning, found and fixed the problem in minutes. We are so grateful that he did. He was so professional explaining everything as he went along. His response time, quality of work, and pricing was fantastic. He definitely saved us. I highly recommend Thor for any of your AC needs. Our AC went out on a 115 degree day and he let us use a portable unit so our 1 year old could sleep. He promptly came out to fix a capacitor and got us up and running the same day. He definitely saved the day for us and couldn't have been more efficient and friendly.
