Sunday night our ac went out early Monday morning found out about Thor’s and reached out. The response was prompt and that morning a technician was able to come assess the unit. He gave us an honest diagnosis without trying to up sell. Would highly recommend and use them for any future needs. Service: A/C system maintenance
