All Flow Mechanical

Last Saturday 6/4/22, we had an issue with our AC. Our unit is under 4 years old and is still under warranty. We tried to call the company that installed it, but their message states their hours are Mon-Fri. We left a message, but no return call. Thankfully, after about 2 hours, the AC started to cool again. We attempted to call that company again on Monday with no return call. With the heat wave expected this week , we wanted our AC unit checked out. My husband happened to see the All Flow Mechanical truck on Tuesday while he was driving. He called and spoke to Amy and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning. My husband was impressed with how she handled the call and the information provided. Billy arrived right at 8AM. He found no problems with our AC, suggesting it was possibly a power surge. My a/c went out. William came out today & replaced the condenser fan motor & some copper wires. Great service!

Billy was extremely competent prompt and explained our HVAC systems and the problems caused by improper duct size. He did a thorough inspection as well as maintenance.
