A serviceman named, Chase, responded quickly to examine my plumbing problem. He skillfully replaced a section of piping behind my wall that was causing the problem. He precisely pinpointed the section needing repair, and was articulate explaining to me what had to be done. Their pricing is competitive, and fair. Great care was taken to clean up, after the job was complete. I highly recommend this company. Everything is back to normal and working fine. My service technician, Chase, is a respectful, true professionals. I highly recommend this company. In a scaled rating of 1-5, I give them a 6, for exceeding my expectations !!!! ???? Chance was quick, polite, and professional. I am very satisfied with the work he did. I do have a concern with the company as a whole as I have never been asked to leave a tip for a professional service. It was a 2 hr job and cost $800 before the tip. I’m not sure if the company is taking advantage of tipping culture - and their customers’ resulting guilt - or if they are not paying their employees a living wage... If your rates are too low to pay your professionals well, then change your rates. It’s insulting to ask for gratuity on top of a bill that is expected to include a hefty hourly labor fee.
