Had multiple companies put in an offer to redo our aging roof. For a 5bd house they quoted underlayment replacement at $17k and an additional $4k for tile. I said I'd like to go with them and we scheduled a date to meet and finalize everything. They cancelled and said they're going to reschedule when back in the office and they never got back to me, even after I reached back out. I just got ghosted by them. I was ready to write the check. I just got ghosted.

After moving to a house, we knew we needed roofers to help with part of the roof that came up on the inspection report. A1 was responsive and gave a quick quote. They were also able to schedule quick and were right on time! They did find some bad plywood under the area of roof they were pulling up and sent pictures of the area for me and were quick to get the new plywood and make the repairs.
