We are are extremely satisfied with Michael Phay Plumbing LLC. What a fine young man! He is very honest and has such a great work ethic! He explains everything as far as cost in detail. He is very thorough and makes sure his customers are 100% satisfied before he leaves. We just can’t say enough good things about Michael. I’d like to add one more praise: he installed the vanity light in the bathroom where he was working at no cost to us. This was to save my older husband from having to climb a ladder. After two other plumbers could not determine the reason for the low water pressure in our new utility sink we called in the best plumber. We spoke with Michael in the morning. He showed up when he said he would and he solved the issue within a half hour. He explained the problem and the solution. He was very professional, honest and thorough.
