Eco Roofing is a model for how customer service should be for all companies. Every communication was professional and focused on our experience. This included receptionists, inspectors, job site foreman, and the company president. The entire process was hassle-free — excellent communication, time-bound expectations were met, and our new roof looks great. The warranty is excellent at a very competitive price. Would highly recommend Eco Roofing to anyone looking for roof maintenance or replacement.

Kyle came out and explained their process of doing a tear-off and Re-Roof over our patio area. They sent numerous emails letting me know when things were going to happen. They dropped material the day before. The next day we had five guys come by and knock out job in a couple of hours. I went up and looked at the finished product, which turned out great. The guys were very nice and professional, and also did a nice clean up. We were very happy with the job. We're definitely considering using Eco in the next year or two when we do a full Re-Roof of the house. Thanks again to Kyle for setting it up, and everyone else involved.

I had initially reached out to Eco Roofing Solutions for a quote on a potential patch on my roof. Mike Livingston came out and inspected the roof and provided options/quotes for a new underlayment for the full roof the same day! I opted to go with the new underlayment for the full roof due to the age of the roof. Eco Roofing Solutions was able to schedule the project within two weeks! The communication from Mike was professional, timely (got back to me even after “office hours”), and was greatly appreciated! Once the project began, I received phone calls from Tamika at the office checking in on if I had any concerns daily. The crew showed up on time and worked super hard! After the project was completed, Nick came to inspect the property and addressed the concerns I had.
