Bought a maintenance package from them for $435 to replace missing and loose shingles up to one bundle and seal down anything else that is loose. Had two prior quotes that said I only needed about 1/2 bundle but wanted to go through Angie list. Took pictures before and after. Did a great job on the missing shingles but didn’t touch multiple spots that were loose and coming up. Didn’t use the rest of the bundle. Didn’t even attempt to seal the loose ones. Didn’t even look. Called them and they’re claiming they used the whole shingle bundle but they didn’t, and even so, why wouldn’t you seal up the ones popping up that didn’t need replacement. That’s exactly what your deal said you’d do? Don’t waste you money. I could’ve paid a guy from Craigslist $50 to do this.
