Lazier heating and cooling did a fantastic job fixing my AC this morning . Phillip was so kind and put booties on when he came in my house and took pictures and dated everything he fixed . I called Lazier Heating and Cooling to do a semi annual maintenance on the HVAC system. Phil was through and explained every thing that he did and why he did it. There was no pressure to replace or upgrade parts or provide additional services. The price for the maintenance service was very reasonable.
