To begin my family and I were first time customers to say the least we were beyond impressed with their service. The team was very nice and supportive and completely understanding of one’s personal financial situation, and they worked really fast to fix our problem. We are for sure recommending it to our friends and family. The company does not disappoint. Beyond greatful and thankful for Manny’s air!
Although I have been pleased with Manny's service, my air went out 4th July and although I was covered for parts, I paid $115 for the call out/ labour's. Well, air went out again last Friday and I called Saturday morning and they wanted another $115 for the thermostat because it was the weekend and I couldn't fix the thermostat myself. I was not happy and expressed it. Had to get neighbour to help me.
I gave a five star review because their service and price is outstanding from the rest ???????? I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for doing such an amazing job at servicing my home with the new AC unit. As quickly, professionally and quality as it can get from Mannys Air!!
