Wow! The office manager is a piece of work!!! She is rude, condescending. They employ people who do not know how to work. The workers broke my AC cover and refused to fix it. Their workers took off their wet nasty shirts, put them on my clean clothes on the dryer and aft them there. They did not clean up their mess either. Then it broke a week later. Sounds like jets in my attic. They refused to contact me or warranty their AC either. UPDATE: I have never been contacted by anyone to repair the ceiling. In fact it isn’t even drywall that needs to be repaired but the access. I am actually not getting evicted the owner is selling her house.
