I contacted them to have both mine and my neighbors flat area above the garage coated and to replace my neighbors 2 cement shingles. Shane came out, took pictures and said the areas didn't need to be coated and he slid her 2 shingles plus 2 of mine back in place. I was very grateful for his honesty! Great company to work with. Very fast time-line to be onsite for review, same day estimate, schedule job and complete work. They had the right size crew and did a great job cleaning up the area before they left.
